Despite recent slip-ups, the Texas A&M Aggies (15) and Ole Miss Rebels (24) know they are not yet out of the race for the SEC West.
Still, their matchup this weekend would be a vital win for either's comeback effort, as both are trailing Alabama and LSU for the division lead. Ole Miss is trying to stave off falling from the Top 25 after losing two of their last three, most recently to unranked Memphis.

"We know we're the best team in the land. I have no doubt about that," Ole Miss head football coach Hugh Freeze said in his weekly press conference. "We have the players and the coaches. As long as everyone believes in that, then we're tough to stop.
"We've got five great opportunities left. That's 300 minutes. (Sunday's) team meeting was centered on how those minutes should look."
Ole Miss will get a bit of a boost from the return of All-SEC lineman Laremy Tunsil, though it is not clear where he will fit on the offensive line. He may be tested right away, as Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett has been terrorizing opposing lineman, racking up eight-and-a-half sacks this season.
"When you play a quality football team like that... your mistakes are amplified," Texas A&M head football coach Kevin Sumlin said in his weekly press conference. "Instead of balls being on the ground, they're returned for touchdowns."
