The Ohio State Buckeyes (1) are undefeated and widely favored every week, but some will say they have not reached their full potential.
J.T. Barrett will make his first start of the season against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights after two consecutive stellar weeks combined with inconsistency from the Buckeyes' other QB, Cardale Jones. Rutgers will more than have their hands full, but they will be playing in front of a sold out crowd with a massive upset on their minds.

In Ohio State's last two games, Barrett completed all six of his passing attempts for 56 yards and two touchdowns, while also running for 164 yards and five touchdowns on 23 carries.
"Cardale is going to be a very active part, too," Ohio State head football coach Urban Meyer told reporters on Tuesday's Big Ten coaches conference call. "Hopefully, we'll keep him very much involved. So, it was a difficult decision. But red-zone production and third-down production were the two areas that made the difference. (Barrett) earned that with the way he played Saturday."
Regardless of who is playing QB for Ohio State, Rutgers true test will be stopping running back Ezekiel Elliott. On 148 carries, Elliott has 988 yards and 11 touchdowns, adding 130 receiving yards on 20 catches as well.
"It's adjustments, it's guys making plays," Rutgers head football coach Kyle Flood told reporters this week. "I think it's just a matter of continuing to compete and it's not easy to do. It takes tough-minded people, and I think we have that."
