After its 55-52 shootout with TCU, the Texas Tech Red Raiders could be in for another high scoring affair when they host the Baylor Bears (5).
Though Texas Tech did not manage to keep pace in total yards or in time of possession, the Red Raiders only missed out on an upset due to an acrobatic touchdown catch off a tipped pass in the end zone. Saturday's matchup promises to be just as explosive, as Baylor is looking for its fourth consecutive game with 700 yards of total offense.

The Bears' offensive production is nothing short of prolific, averaging the most rushing yards in the FBS with 379.7 yards per game and the seventh-most passing yards with 387.3 yards per game. Baylor has also increased its point total each week, from 56 points against SMU, to 66 points against Lamar, and 70 points against Rice.
"Instead of kind of being the hunted so much, it kind of equals out when you get into conference play because we're all playing for those glass trophies that I've got sitting in my office," ESPN quoted Baylor head football coach Art Briles telling reporters of his team's Big 12 opener in his weekly press conference. "We're all playing for the same thing. We've got a little bit of hunt in us coming this week."
Baylor has not lost to an unranked opponent at home or even on a neutral field since Oct. 13, 2012 against TCU. Since, Baylor won such games by an average of 40 points, save for two against Texas Tech that were decided by less than 10 points.
