It has been two full seasons since "Game of Thrones" viewers have seen Balon Greyjoy, the wily old self-proclaimed King of the Iron Isles.

Though the actor who played Balon in two episodes in season two and one in season three is probably not coming back, the character is. The proof is in unconfirmed news of casting and filming locations for season six.

If you would rather go into season six unspoiled, then now is the time to stop reading.

When Stannis Baratheon was still on Dragonstone, you might remember him throwing some leeches in a fire while uttering three names: Joffrey Baratheon, Robb Stark, and Balon Greyjoy. A blood magic ritual of Melisandre's, the leeches represented men destined to die and now it appears the third will do just that.

In George R.R. Martin's third "A Song of Ice and Fire Book," "A Storm of Swords," Balon falls off a rope bridge under strange circumstances (i.e.: his friends and family believe he was pushed). Arriving at the most opportune time is Balon's younger brother Euron, who has apparently been cast for season six.

Citing unnamed source, Watchers on the Wall learned that a Danish actor named Pilou Asbæk will portray Euron in the upcoming season of "Thrones" and that he has already filmed a significant scene in Ballintoy, Northern Ireland. What is in Ballintoy that confirms this whole storyline is, in fact, a rope bridge.
