The NCAA Tournament Elite Eight kicks off with two of the Big Dance's two best teams in the Wisconsin Badgers (1) and Arizona Wildcats (2).

Both teams have only lost three times all season and won their respective conference tournament, but they were drawn in the same region. While Arizona may be a two-seed, the matchup should look and feel like a contest of one-seeds.

A team that has not won an NCAA Championship since 1941, Wisconsin advanced to the Final Four last year with a win over Arizona. The game went to overtime and Arizona had the ball, down one point, with at least a chance at a thrilling win. However, guard Gabe York could not get his shot off in time and Wisconsin won.

"They made one more play in overtime than we did," he said in a pregame press conference, according to the Associated Press. "That was a crazy, crazy scenario. There were only 2 seconds left and it took them about 15 minutes for those 2 seconds to end."

It was Wisconsin head coach Bo Ryan's first Final Four berth, something Arizona head coach Sean Miller is still in search of. Both teams have added and subtracted, but arrive at the Staples Center relatively the same as they were last year, save for the seeding.

"It's easy to break down," Miller said of Wisconsin's offense. "Sometimes you break down at the very end with a foul. Sometimes you break down off the ball and they make a cut and it does you in, a second shot, which I thought last night really hurt North Carolina."
