The 2015 free agency period of the NFL offseason is seemingly slowing down after a flurry of trades, signings and other moves completed right out of the gate.

With the official league year just barely underway, several teams have completed transactions with potentially massive effects that could extend to the division and conference. With so many transactions taking place, several teams' NFL Draft plans could well be altered.

Here is how various transactions could affect an array of college football players' futures in the NFL.

In no particular order and written in incomplete sentences:

Eagles...

  • Traded QB Nick Foles to Rams for QB Sam Bradford and second-round pick
  • Traded RB LeSean McCoy to Bills for LB Kiko Alonso
  • Signed RB Ryan Matthews (the Chargers losing Matthews may put them in the market for RB DeMarco Murray or for RBs Melvin Gordon or Todd Gurley in the draft).
  • Signed CBs Byron Maxwell and Walter Thurmond
  • WR Jeremy Maclin walked in free agency
  • Resigned QB Mark Sanchez

Chip Kelly still may pursue Oregon QB Marcus Mariota, but Bradford ran a spread offense in college, just not Kelly's kind of spread offense. Bradford could be part of Kelly's plan and he could be a trade piece to move up. Kelly has also been reportedly eyeing UCLA QB Brett Hundley.

Dolphins sign DL Ndamukong Suh

Colts sign RB Frank Gore and seem poised to sign WR Andre Johnson

Lions trade a fourth- and fifth-round draft pick for DL Haloti Ngata to replace Suh

  • These three moves probably do not alter the teams' draft plans, though the Ravens, who have stayed relatively quiet thus far, now have additional picks to operate with.

49ers...

The Niners appear to be officially in rebuilding mode. They are also reportedly shopping QB Colin Kaepernick and would likely seek a hefty return. Willis' retirement is devastating for the Niners, however, as he was only 30 years old and the defense's heart, soul, brain, etc.

Jets...

  • Signs CB Darrelle Revis and Buster Skrine, appear interested in signing CB Antonion Cromartie
  • Trade for WR Brandon Marshall, cut WR Percy Harvin
  • Trade for QB Ryan Fitzpatrick

Giving up a fifth-round draft pick for Marshall, the Jets still can conceivably draft Mariota. But with Fitzpatrick on the roster, they also appear to be preparing to not draft Mariota, or trade the pick altogether.

Seahawks...

The Seahawks trading their first-round pick and resigning Lynch probably means they are out on drafting a running back in the first round. It could also spell a shift in their offensive identity, as Graham is a lethal receiver at tight end, though weak as a blocker. They also lost their second starting offensive lineman thus far, so expect them to focus their in the draft.

Jaguars...

  • Sign TE Julius Thomas
  • Sign CB Davon House
  • Sign DL Jared Odrick

Despite a draft class deep in wide receivers, the Jags are probably not looking for any more targets for their young quarterback Blake Bortles. If they can land RB DeMarco Murray and draft a top-of-the-line pass rusher, the Jags could be dangerous.

Titans watched QB Jake Locker retire at age 26. With the second overall selection, could the Titans be in on Mariota? Probably not, as they need a pass rusher more desperately and still have QB Zach Mettenberger on the roster.

Kelly could also dangle a trade package built around either Sanchez or Bradford to move up to the second overall pick, effectively guaranteeing him the chance to draft Mariota.
