ESPN's "College GameDay" is going to Wichita for the Missouri Valley's regular season finale, which will determine who gets to be the top seed in the conference's tournament.

Though the Northern Iowa Panthers (10) have a one-game edge over the Wichita State Shockers (11) overall, the two are deadlocked at 16-1 in conference play. The Shockers will also be looking to avenge the 70-54 beat down they suffered on the road against the Panthers Jan. 31.

According to NCAA.com, "Northern Iowa is 14-32 against ranked teams since the start of the 1979-80 season." However, their only game against a ranked foe this season was the blowout win at home against Wichita State. The Panthers are riding a 16-game winning streak and have not lost since Jan. 1 against Evansville.

Wichita State has spent 36 weeks on the Associated Press' top 25 poll, they reported on their official website, and have also won 31 straight games at home. Both are school records.

Wichita State made headlines last year when they went undefeated in the regular season and conference tournament. However, they lost to Kentucky in the Midwest Region of the NCAA Tournament's third round. That season, they beat Northern Iowa twice, 67-53 and 82-73.

Both teams have succeeded in holding their opponents to low point totals, so the key to victory could be mustering enough offense and hitting big shots.
