The Georgia Bulldogs (13) have a tough game ahead of them on the road against SEC rival Missouri Tigers (23) without Heisman candidate running back Todd Gurley.

According to ESPN, Gurley was suspended indefinitely pending the results of an investigation into whether or not he accepted cash in exchange for his autograph on several different items. The school has not revealed the official reason for the suspension and head football coach Mark Richt only said he was "very disappointed."

The high-powered Georgia offense now comes down on senior QB Hutson Mason and two freshman tailbacks. Mason has only thrown for 687 yards and seven touchdowns this season while Nick Chubb and Sony Michel have combined for 447 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 54 carries.

A testament to how important Gurley is to this offense, the junior back had run for 773 yards, eight touchdowns and was averaging about eight yards per carry.

"We feel great about what we're doing," Georgia senior wide receiver Chris Conley said ahead of the game, according to ESPN. "We feel good that we're getting better each week. In order to get back (to the SEC championship game) we have to get better each week and that starts in practice."

Georgia is 4-1 this season, though their one loss was their lone road game before Saturday afternoon, to SEC foe South Carolina. Depending on how long they are without Gurley, Georgia's next game or two are monumentally important for the SEC contention.

Missouri has not played outstanding football in any single aspect, but have managed a 4-1 record, including a road victory over South Carolina.

Last year, Georgia missed Gurley for three games and lost two, but one of those losses was to Missouri.
