Brigham Young University (BYU) is once again the best university to work for, edging out its closest competitors by a small margin.

Glassdoor released its latest annual "Top 25 Universities to Work For" list Monday with BYU back at the top spot with a score of 4.4 after falling to third last year. Carnegie Mellon University, Clemson University, Princeton University and Cornell University followed, each scoring 0.1 behind BYU.

For the fourth annual ranking of its kind, Glassdoor used employee feedback to develop a rating scale from 1 (very dissatisfied) to 5 (very satisfied). Taken into account is schedule flexibility, sense of purpose, benefits and more.

While much is made of how students should go about picking a school to attend, Glassdoor's rankings provide another angle. While prospective employees are more likely to apply to these schools, students should take into account which institutions have the most fulfilled faculty.
