Wisconsin vs LSU Live Stream/Radio Broadcast: New Starting QBs Could Make or Break Both Teams
ByLike many teams in college football, the Wisconsin Badgers (14) and LSU Tigers (13) are opening their season sights set on being one of the four teams chosen for the playoff.
Both ranked near the top 10, Wisconsin and LSU will be favored to contend for their respective conference titles. With the Big Ten divided into two, Wisconsin will not play Ohio State or Michigan State, unless they meet for the title game.
LSU, on the other hand, is going to have to deal with the likes of Alabama, Auburn and Texas A&M to represent the SEC West.

Anthony Jennings will start for LSU, though he got a taste for it last season after Zach Mettenberger tore his ACL. A sophomore, Jennings won the starting position for the game, but LSU apparently plans to give freshman Brandon Harris playing time Satruday night.
"Our team understands that we have talented quarterbacks," LSU head football coach Les Miles told reporters, according to ESPN. "But right now they have not separated themselves, and we are not certain. If we were certain, then I promise you, we would play the one guy that would give us all the advantage.
"But if two guys can give us greater advantage than one guy, then let's certainly play two."
Wisconsin is apparently going with Tanner McAvoy, a safety converted to quarterback, under center on Saturday night. The LSU defense on a neutral field will be a tall order for McAvoy's first start at QB. Still, Wisconsin head coach Gary Andersen told reporters McAvoy is bringing a unique perspective to the QB position.
"The one thing I would say is he has played in big-time games," Andersen said. "He's been a starter at free safety, which is the quarterback of our defense. He has a lot of alignment issues, it's very technical back there. There's a ton of communication that has to take place. So he's been in that moment. He's prepared to play in Big Ten games. He's prepared to play in a bowl game."
