Virginia Tech has proven that it goes above and beyond to make sure their students are well-fed as it boasts the best campus food in the nation.

The university reclaimed its top spot in Princeton Review's annual ranking of "best food" subcategory of the company's "Best 379 Colleges: 2015 Edition" rankings. The school rose to first place this year from fourth last year.

"We kind of look at it as our Super Bowl," Ted Faulkner, university dining services director, is quoted as saying by The Roanoke Times. "It means we're performing near the highest, if not the highest level of anybody in a college or university."

In addition to "best food," the Princeton Review recently ranked colleges by "stone-cold" sobriety and best classroom experiences. The rankings were determined by reviews from nearly 130,000 students at 379 top colleges. The ranking revealed Monday found that the happiest college students attend the Nashville-based institution.

Virginia Tech also ranked high in the "Town-Gown Relations are Great" list and "Their Students Love These Colleges." It rounded out the top 5 of "Happiest Students" and "Best Quality of Life."

"Every college in our book offers outstanding academics," Robert Franek, the guide's author and Princeton Review senior vice president and publisher, said in a statement. "These colleges differ significantly in their program offerings, campus culture, locales, and cost. Our purpose is not to crown one college 'best' overall or to rank these distinctive schools one to 379 on any single topic. We present our 62 ranking lists to give applicants the broader base of campus feedback to choose the college that's best for them."
