A fetus was discovered in a bathroom at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma on Friday, prompting an investigation.
The university reported the finding in a residence hall bathroom and contacted ambulance services and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, according to a post made by President Rodney Hanley on NSU's Facebook page.
While campus officials started conducting a welfare check to find the mother, a student came forward seeking medical attention.
