Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office has accused Bryan Hrehocik, a former director of the Lake Erie College marching band, of trying to have sex with underage girls at a Cleveland-area motel.

Hrehocik, 32, was arrested last Wednesday at the motel, through an undercover operation.

On the day of the arrest, Hrehocik had arranged the meeting online with a man whom he thought was the girls' father, but he actually was an investigator with the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force.

Hrehocik, a divorced father of three from Brooklyn, was supposed to meet two sisters aged 12 and 14 on that day.

He is charged with one count each of attempted rape, possessing criminal tools and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

At the time of his arrest, Hrehocik was carrying with him a box of condoms. A receipt and surveillance camera footage indicated that he had purchased the condoms just before his arrest.

Hrehocik has been dismissed by the college.
