HireKeep founder Paul Murskov believed there was a way to make recruiting, job hunting and hiring better for both companies and employees. HireKeep aims to make job hunting more painless for sales professionals.

Technical.ly DC reported, taking inspiration from the online dating concept, HireKeep matches potential employees to employers based on information that is beyond their resume such as employees' values and personality. Murskov said that HireKeep is a little bit like eHarmony for sales recruiting.

Murskov launched HireKeep in March 2015 from his apartment. Since then the company has grown, developed and changed tremendously. Now they are looking to hire a business administrator to support the HireKeep team and optimize various business processes.
